Here you can read the Term & Conditions of Wild Ana Crow (https://wildanacrow.com/). By using our website, purchasing our products (physical and digital) and participating in our courses (physical and digital), you are agreeing with these terms.
Physical & Digital Products

Checkout
By selecting the checkout button, the client agrees that Wild Ana Crow is not responsible for:
- any damage that occurs during the shipping of the product;
- any loss or damage resulting from any information obtained through this website;
- any delays, customs fees, products returned to our store or lost packages.
Payment of Orders
BANK TRANSFER
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Afterwards, send us your payment confirmation to geral@wildanacrow.com so that we can start handling your order. Otherwise, your order will only be processed after the funds have cleared in our account.
International bank transfers usually charge transaction fees/charges, which must be fully supported by the client. When paying, choose the option to bear all of the payment transaction fees. In case transaction fees are charged to Wild Ana Crow, we will not be able to process your order. In case the client does not wish to pay transaction fees, a different payment method must be chosen.
Payment via bank transfer must be made in 48 hours after making the order, otherwise the item will be automatically returned to the shop in order to give opportunity to others of acquiring it. Order will be prepared for shipping after the funds have cleared in our account.
PAYPAL
Payment can also be made through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through it as long as you have a credit card. Simply click on the Paypal check out button, or else choose the Paypal payment method during check out, and follow its instructions.
Payment through Paypal must be made immediately after ordering, otherwise the item will be automatically returned to the shop in order to give opportunity to others of acquiring it. Order will be prepared for shipping after the funds have cleared in our account.
MULTIBANCO
Only available to customers of Portuguese banks. Choose “Pagamento de Serviços” at any “Multibanco” ATM terminal or your Home Banking service. Payment must be made in 48 hours after making the order, otherwise the item will be automatically returned to the shop in order to give opportunity to others of acquiring it. Order will be prepared for shipping after the funds have cleared in our account.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for product orders over 200 euros. Order price can be split in instalments, and be paid either weekly, fortnightly or montly. Payment of instalments can be made via Paypal. The payment plan is discussed via e-mail. Contact us for more information.
Your order must be paid in full before it is shipped to your address. When agreeing on a payment plan, the client confirms that is able to pay all the instalments on the agreed times. Your payment plan can be cancelled at any time, however, please be aware that there are no refunds of previously paid instalments. You must have a valid form of payment at all times during your payment plan. In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 5-day period for you to update your payment information.
Payment Plans may be cancelled or refused by Wild Ana Crow to those with suspected fraudulent behaviour and those who are not fulffilling their payment obligations according to the agreed payment plan. We reserve the right to refuse a payment plan to someone who has failed to fulfill their payment responsabilities to Wild Ana Crow in a previous order.
Dispatch of Products
The shopping cart includes a shipping calculator which estimates the shipping costs. The shop is located in Aveiro, Portugal, and the products are shipped from this location.
The time to process an order can vary depending on the product and my workload. Please expect between 1 and 5 days for an order to be dispatched. If the product is a custom order, details will be discussed via e-mail between Wild Ana Crow and the client. Usually, made-to-order products take between 1 to 4 weeks to be made and processed.
The client is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses when that happens due to a mistake by the client.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product during its shipping to the client or after it arrives. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Clients are discouraged to contact us via our social media channels to talk about their orders, as we might not see their message in time. Instead, we encourage clients to always contact us via e-mail: geral@wildanacrow.com
Digital products do not need any shipping. They become available to the client immediately via e-mail.
When will I receive my package?
When will I receive my package after it has been shipped?
- Portugal: between 1 to 5 business days
- Europe: between 3 to 7 business days
- World: between 5 to 10 business days
Please, keep in mind that these times might vary. Delivery might take longer depending on the mailing service, or if the package was shipped during holiday season. If you choose Registered Mail, your package will include a tracking number. You’ll receive the tracking number via e-mail after your package has been shipped.
When purchasing digital products, they become immediately available to the client. After the purchase, clients receive a link via e-mail through which they can download the product.

Returns & Exchanges of Products
Due to the high costs involved in the creation of each product and the processing of each order, Wild Ana Crow does not accept returns and exchanges. However, feel free to contact us prior or after ordering/receiving your package with any questions or concerns you might have, and we will do our best to help you.
In case there is a return agreed between Wild Ana Crow and the client, the product must then be returned to the shop immediately. The product must not be used by the client before returning it.
The client is responsible for the return of the product and supports any shipping, custom and refund costs incurred (example of refund costs are Paypal fees; these will be automatically subtracted from the refund total).
The price of the product (except the shipping costs) will be returned to the client right after its arrival to the shop, except if the item is damaged in any way. If the damage renders the product unsellable, no refund can be issued to the client.
If a returned product is lost in the shipping process, Wild Ana Crow cannot issue a refund to the client.
There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products.
Cancellation of Orders
Wild Ana Crow reserves the right to cancel any order any time if:
- the client does not pay the order within 48 hours;
- the client is disrespectful or violent in any way during communication.
Digital Products
Checkout and payment of digital products are done in the same way as with physical products.
Digital products do not need to be shipped and are immediately available to the client. After the purchase, the client receives a link via e-mail through which he/she/they can download the product.
When purchasing our digital products, the client agrees to not display, distribute, license, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any reason.
We reserve the right to change, update or remove the digital products from our website, temporarily or permanently, without any previous notice.
In-Person Courses/Workshops

Confirm Booking
Participants should ensure their place in workshops/courses carried out by Wild Ana Crow by booking via the corresponding event link, which can be found in our online shop here. The booking will only be final when Wild Ana Crow receives proof of payment via geral@wildanacrow.com. Proof of payment is not necessary when paying with PayPal.
Code of Conduct
We expect the participants of our courses and workshops to show respect for each other and to be open to diversity and differences.
We wish our courses and workshops to be inclusive spaces where everyone feels well and safe. Therefore, we do not tolerate any abusive language or behaviours towards other people of the group (e.g. racism, misogyny, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, etc).
Anyone displaying abusive behaviours will be calmy asked to stop. If that is not enough for the person to stop, he/she/they will be invited to leave the space of the event.
Participants must also arrive on time to the event and be present during the class. If one or more participants disrupt the class – affecting others’ experience of the course/workshop – they will be asked to leave the space of the event.
It is not allowed to drink alcohol or take drugs during the whole duration of the course/workshop, and anywhere on the event’s site. Intoxicated participants will be asked to leave the event’s location.
The event’s space must be kept clean at all times. Cigarette butts must be placed in the garbage and not thrown to the floor. During the whole duration of the course/workshop, participants must follow the instructors’ recommendations in order to leave the event’s space clean and neat.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for workshops/courses:
- Deposits are non-refundable;
- The full price of the workshop/course must be paid before the start of the event. The exact payment deadline will be written in each event’s page (under the “description” section). All future events can be found in our online shop;
- Cancellation by participant:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the course/workshop: full refund, except for the non-refundable deposit;
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the course/workshop: 50% refund of the workshop/course’s value;
- Cancellation within 14 days before the start of the course/workshop: No refund is possible. This is mainly due to the fact that it is very hard to fullfill the spot with another participant in such a short time.

Although unlikely, we reserve the right to change or cancel an event, if necessary, due to e.g. bad weather, government restrictions or other unforeseen reasons. If so, an alternative date will be offered to the participant. If the new date does not suit the participant’s schedule, a voucher will be issued with the course’s value to be spend in a future event and/or product by Wild Ana Crow;
- No refund, alternative date or voucher is available to participants who – even though they have paid the course (partially or fully) – do not show up to the event without previous warning.
Covid-19
During our in-person courses and workshops, several measures might be taken in order to ensure the safety and health of all those involved:
- Mandatory use of face masks;
- Alcohol-based gel provided on site;
- Soap and water for regular hand washing;
- Outdoor events with small groups;
- The practise of social distancing;
- Desinfection of tools and surfaces.
Please, do not show up to the course if you have any covid-19 symptons or if you feel sick in general, and contact us immediately.
